Setting up new Water/Sewer Accounts - Existing Residential
Please notify the Utility Billing Department at 815-462-6440 with the following information:
A water deposit will be required when purchasing property in the Village. The deposit will stay with that account until the owner sells the property and the final bill has been paid. At that point, we will refund that deposit back to the resident.
