Bills for water and sewer usage are issued on a monthly basis and are usually due on the twentieth of the month. Payments can be mailed to the Village Hall, or may be paid in person at the Village Hall, all local banks, or the New Lenox Currency Exchange. There is also a drop box located to the right of the front door of the Village Hall for your after-hours convenience. Water is billed
at a rate based on per thousands of gallons used. Water service includes a facilities charge. This is the amount that it cost the Village to bring water service to a home. The sewer is billed according to water usage each month. Also included on the bill is a sewer debt and capital replacement charge. This is a flat fee of $7.00. Recycling service is charged at $2.65.
