The water line charge is the amount that it costs the Village to bring water service to a home. The sewer is billed according to water usage each month.

Pay at the Village Hall
- Drop Box (Checks Only) There is a Drive Up Drop Box located in the upper level parking lot of the New Lenox Village Hall.

Additional Information
- Failure to make payment on a water bill may result in water shut-off and a lien may be placed on the associated property.
- In the event water service is scheduled for disconnection, a $35 fee will be charged.
- The Village requires that all fees related to disconnection be paid in full prior to reconnection.

Senior Citizen Discount
Ordinance Number 2518 Adopted on September 28, 2015
The Ordinance states that all Village of New Lenox residents who are sixty-five years of age or older, and are either the owner or primary tenant of the property on which the discount is sought is entitled to a qualified senior citizen sewer service charge for both the fixed monthly charge and the volume charge on the first 1,000 gallons per month.
