Please understand that this service is not to be used in the event of an emergency. In the event of an emergency please dial 9-1-1. In the event of a police non-emergency please dial 815-485-2500. Also, in the event of a public works emergency including but not limited to a water main break or a sewer back up, during business hours (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday) please dial 815-215-4800 and after business hours, please call the non-emergency police number at 815-485-2500.
