All ticket sales will be made via the online ticketing platform, so there is no need to come into the Village Hall to purchase your tickets. However, we are happy to offer assistance if needed. Purchases made at the Village Hall will still incur the associated fees and will still be delivered electronically to your email address.

No. There is a presale option that is only available to New Lenox residents. This requires a promo code that residents will find on their March utility bills. The presale period begins March 16. Sales open to the general public March 30.

We can scan your ticket from your email, Apple Wallet, or other app via your phone. Screenshots of your ticket can also be scanned. You are also welcome to print out your ticket and bring that to the venue.

Our recommendation is to save your ticket directly to your phone, such as via Apple Wallet. This way, it will be easily accessible on the day of the event and will make for a more seamless entry process.

No, this is up to you. You can provide the name and email address for your guest(s) if you would like their tickets to be sent directly to them upon purchase. Please note that you will still receive a copy of each ticket for your purchase records. However, if you do not have an email address for each of your guests, you can enter your email for each ticket and distribute them yourself. 

If you would like to transfer tickets via Universe at a later date, you can do so but will need to set up an account with Universe.
