The Village of New Lenox allows for Non-Highway Accessible Vehicles to use Village streets as long as they are compliant with Village Ordinance 2940 - Operation of Non-Highway Vehicles (PDF). 

• You must register your Non-Highway Accessible Vehicles with the New Lenox Police Department. 
• Download the Golf Cart Non-Highway Assessable Application (PDF) to get started.
• Any person convicted of violating any provision of Ordinance 2940, including but not limited to any violation of the Illinois Vehicle Code while operating a non-highway vehicle, shall be fined or have their registration revoked.
