The Village Clerk provides free notary services, this does not include being a witness to a document.

For notary, bring proof of identification and the unsigned documents to the Village Hall. You must

sign the document in front of the notary. If there are more than 5 documents to be signed you must

make an appointment with the Village Clerk – (815) 462-6414
